">在这个等候进程中，法院会和保险公司沟通，普通保险公司假设不情愿进入开庭环节，会让法院开一个协助操持函（我也不知道是什么），把复印的资料盖上章以后邮寄给对方保险公司专门处置诉讼效果的人，对方收到以后，会立刻把钱打到法院，之后法院通知你去拿钱。</font></font></div><div align="left"><font face="" color="" style="font-size: 一定要顶一下！！！对方全责的时分为什么不要报自己的保险公司？或许一下子分不清楚是谁的责任呢？反正我只需出事故，第一报警，第二就报保险公司。我不知道这样的处置对吗？
